What to bring?

Water, work out clothes, running/walking shoes, yoga mat (if you have), sweat towel, sunscreen (for an outdoor workout), baby essentials (snacks, toys).

When can we start?

We can start right away! Although higher intensity strength training will begin once your OB has cleared us, we can start gentle exercises right away including walking, core activation, isometric training, mobility drills, pelvic floor strength, scar mobilization (for c-sections) and so much more. For our currently pregnant mamas we can start any trimester! Remember the more strength we have pre-delivery the better our post-delivery results.

Do you accept insurance?

Here at Be Your Best Mama PT we have found that treating by the constraints of insurance not only limits our number of visits but often times results in delayed treatment waiting for authorizations. For that reason, and many more, we are a cash based clinic however we do offer super bills for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

What does each visit entail?

Each treatment with Be Your Best Mama PT is a 60 mins one-on-one treatment performed with a doctor of physical therapy. This will cover a full body external and internal (if needed) exam to return your body to it’s optimum functioning.

Location?

All treatments and workout sessions are performed at our home clinic on Strader Ranch which is located in French Valley (Winchester). We will be utilizing our private physical therapy clinic and home gym as well as the entire 5 acres of the property to give you an amazing session. As soon as we schedule our initial consultation you will be provided with the address.

Treatment times?

Individual prenatal/postpartum training times and therapy treatments are based on your personalized schedule (Availability is Mon-Fri from 8:00am-4:00pm).

Can I bring my kids to a treatment session ?
